I replaced the clutch master cylinder a two weeks ago and now I come to find that the hard line is cracked at the cylinder port and won't hold fluid. I couldn't find a picture of the line in the SOR catalog, does anybody know where it is? I thought about trying to crimp a new flare on the tube but it is very brittle and I think I would end up breaking line farther down. I t looks like a major pain to replace?

I'm not sure I understand your question. The hard line is connected on one end to the clutch master cylinder and at the other end it terminates at a support on the frame (I think) near the clutch slave cylinder. There is a "soft line" (rubber hose) that goes from the hard line to the slave. I've replaced my hard line with the engine in place. It was a pain, but not impossible. It runs along the firewall behind the valve cover. There are a couple of tubing clips that were hard to access. I was able to purchase the hard line from toyota (I may have gotten mine for SOR, actually). It comes pre-bent (mostly) which makes it easier to get right for the install.

SOR and Toyota still seem to have the clutch tube available from 4/85 on. The earlier tube for the FJ60 seems to be NLA. I don't know what the difference would be if any, except it is a different part number. The part number for the later tube is 31481-60301
