92 Toyota 4x4 SR5 clutch grinding

I have a 92 toyota 4x4 sr5 and lately the clutch has been grinding, especially when putting it into reverse. It's really hard to change gears and is very hard to put into first gear too. Have been told it could be air in the lines, the master or slave plate...any suggestions would help.

I'd start by checking the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. If its low, add fluid and pump it 20 time and it should bleed itself. then look for the fluid on the pedal side of the firewall. If I had a dollar to spare, I would bet that you need a clutch master cylinder rebuild kit for about 10 bucks.
good Luck,
Dan

I wrote that article above ^^^^

but that's not your problem. I'll bet you a cold beer that you need a new clutch. BTDT.
