Long shot, but here goes. I recently discovered a vacuum leak in my clutch booster of my non-US spec 60 series. I had a spare and swapped it out. The leaking booster appears to be in good condition otherwise, and I’d like to have it rebuilt, similar to a brake diaphragm, since replacements are unavailable. I suspect a shop that rebuilds brake boosters could handle this. Any recommendations for a shop that could do the work?”

Looks like there may be some rebuild kits still available on Amayama 04318-60010 and 04318-60060

Don't know what your exact application is, though. I'm guessing from the vehicles in your sig, it's 04318-60030 which is out of production, though the above may work as there seems to be a lot of cross-over.

List the specific vehicle (RHD or LHD) and I'll give the part number for the rebuild kit, if you need it.

As far as rebuilders go, I only know of this one (never used them):

@Spike Strip wow, rookie mistake on my part. I didn’t even consider a rebuild kit. I’ll run it down but since you asked, it’s for a 1986 FJ62, GCC Spec LHD.

I’ll take a look at p/n 0431860010 and reach out to that shop as well.

I appreciate the response 🤙🏽

Looks like you take the 60030 kit. I have no idea what is adaptable. There are some pix of the kits on the web.

You have a 12HT or ? the 60010 looks like it's for 2F 3B 2H The -60030 for 12HT 2F 3B 2H ? Confusing, but I'm unfamiliar with this. Never even seen a LC clutch booster.

Good luck!

Thanks for the 411. Actually runs a 3F, I’ve ever seen a diesel GCC rig and trucks from that region, are the only ones I’ve ever seen with this clutch booster. I recall them being more common on the Toyota Cressida and Corona in the 80s. GCC trucks got all the comfort features.

31440-60050 is the booster

CCP repop

I have one of the aftermarket ones. They are slightly different though I haven’t decided whether or not it’s a design issue or an engineering issue. Would like to keep it OEM as a back up if possible, but the aftermarket stuff comes in clutch.
