Did it do anything odd when you slammed it between park and drive?

Engine shut off and all of the lights on the dash came on including the ATF hot light next to the shifter. I slammed it in R not P though
Hmm. Not the results I've heard. It's not supposed to do anything engine wise. AFAIK.

Hoping to still be there and one of my buddies from Tuscaloosa is going to bring his 40 if he can get everything put back together on it.
His name is Reid, he isn't on this site though. He's from Tuscaloosa and has a black linex'd 40 on 33s with ARB lockers and a big bumper on the front
Yea I grew up in bham and you really do see them all over the place, not sure what the deal is.
In an effort to get back into a wheelable rig as well as live in the city.... mainly cause I see hunnerds EVERYWHERE in bham... (are they made here?! JEEBUS!) I'm now looking for one. I will most likely dump the Tundra in with a trade-in, so I'd want to find a dealer most likely.
I've traveled in the 100 before and they are too nice. My new job will have me traveling daily, so that's another reason i want a 100... cause I know this engine will perform well with 200k+ miles as well. Not many vehicles can say that.
When the time comes, the 4.7 will have no issue towing a rock bouncer either.... no 5.7 mind-you, but it will do work.
Also, looking for navy blue, prolly call it something like "Blue Work" (play off of Do Work), that's not important right now though! Maybe call it Bleu Cheese... But that would be awkward if it's maroon...
So keep an eye out!
I've been to many cities, and obviously am always waiving at anyone in a Land Cruiser.... I've lived in bham for 4 months now... and I've stopped waiving. I am convinced that 100 and 200 series cruisers were made here...
Toyota is as represented on the shows as it is in the trails.
I'm willing to bet that most people here would not be driving these money pits if it didn't have the "cool factor" of rarely being any on the road.
There just aren't that many cruisers out there. It's blown me the frick away at how many are in bham. I joked last year that I'm beginning to think they're made here. I see at least one everytime I go to the summit.
Do I have a stalker?
Are you gonna change your screen name to Hand Sweeper?
shoot, bham is FILLED with cruisers. I'm blown away at how many are here. I believe they gotta be made here in Vestavia/Mtn Brook/Homewood... It's no wonder college kids bring'em to college sometimes from their parents left-overs!
