I was wondering why I wasn't getting any action on my thread so I went and found it and it is CLOSED????

Does IH8MUD have some sort automatic closing of threads after a certain amount of inactivity?

yes, as noted in the Help forum, threads with zero activity after 6 months are being closed.

The last activity on that thread was March 2011.

Please report it if you wish it reopened.

yeah, I may not have been clear on that...

using the REPORT button creates a thread in the Mod corner...instead of relying on me to catch requests here, that allows a thread for each request, and those threads get soft-deleted once they are handled by the mod/smod
