A viable alternative would be to take the 60 you plan to hack up and buy an aluminum fj45 cab from aqualu Aqualu Industries Inc. | Custom aluminum fabrication for the off-road industry. Specializing in replacement bodies and accessories for Land Cruiser, Jeep and Suzuki | 1-888-765-6714.

That way you have the rolling chassis and you have a nice clean cab to work with vs a complicated cut and splice.

Just looked at their pricing. Was shocked at how cheap they are to be quite honest!
