Check Engine Light (1 Viewer)

Just wondering what the most common problem would be on these things. Last year I had an oxygen sensor go out had the dealership fix, to costly, any ideas would be welcome. I need to find a scanner to figure out what the cel could be. Would appreciate some ideas, however.

Looks like it could be the O2 sensor . Whats the deal with these things? I have 157k on the odometer. Anmore thoughts?

i am very limited on knowledge on this stuff. i mooch my info from the guys here on the board. if you know it is the sensor, and / or have the code, use the search function and the old posts on this will walk you through the sensor and related items such as harness' etc. i think if you only replaced one sensor, the other one might have gone, but read the posts - there are a ton on O2 sensors. having a current code will help immensly.
