Check AHC light and wont start.

Morning everyone,

Unfortunately i am at work for the next three weeks, wife called and said the truck wont start. All i can get out of her was the AHC Check system came on, went to start and cranked then shut off. Second time she tried it started slow. Anyone had this problem due to a bad battery? All i can think is a low voltage threw it off. Having her pick up a battery to get neighbor to put in. Hopefully this works before having to drop it off somewhere.

Symptoms sure point to a low battery. Agree that it's the first thing I would attack.

That's great to hear. The AHC check system with your other symptoms was the clue that I have seen before in this battery failure mode.
