Had a good time... saw 3 cruisers but they kept moving around the parking lot so I never caught up with anyone. David where did you go???

That orange car Al posted...Daytona, Opal, Datsun....? What the hell is it? I saw him about 7 or 8 times these last 2 weeks in my part of town, usually on providence rd in afternoon rush hour. Some neighbors had a pale blue one when I was a kid. It lived at the curb for years. Never saw it move and never saw the neighbors over about 5 years before it was gone and the house was for sale. Early 80's near DC. Must've been some CIA-type stuff...

on another side note, if I was looking for a new 4 door car i'd look hard at the new regal.
In 2011 I drove the vauxhaul edition of the insignia and that thing felt glued to the tiny bumpy Scottish country roads even at 80 miles an hour... the 6 speed trans was great and the turbo diesel had tons of power. That is the exact same car that you can buy at a buick dealer... minus the diesel of course.

Hard to believe I was the first one from our motley crew to get out there. Clutch problem has not been solved but I didn't let that stop me. I'm glad I got to see Julia's 62 in person. It really is spectacular. Al, sorry I missed seeing you. My dad came to town and I had to leave in time to greet him. Huge crowd today. Based on the other pics I'm realizing just how much I didn't get to see. Here are some pics I took.
