Wanted Central Florida: Carb Brackets Needed (Famous Cameo Pic)

I need the 2 brackets being pointed at on this carb by a famous IH8MUD member / hand & carb model, cruisermatt himself. I believe he said one is where the throttle cable attaches, and I think the other is where the end of the cable attaches at about the 6:00 position in the pic. Either from a 1F or 2F should work. See attached pic:
