Cat replacement tips?

So looks like my entire exhaust system (including Cat's) is pretty corroded. New England weather. I'm thinking that's why my VSC Track light is on. I know it's a pretty expensive replacement. Any tips on what to get? Should I go aftermarket like a Borla or do the Toyota OEM. I'm not an extreme off roader. My big goal is to get another 100K miles out of this car.

2001 TLC
120K miles
normal driving conditions

Recommend searching around here a bit, it's all been done.

Try EMS exhaust for cats etc. Not too sure of other aftermarket cat options.
The Borla cat back system is not too popular here.
