my friend had a weber 38 on his FJ60, and instead of rebuilding it, we put on a weber 32/36. he thinks there is a huge loss of power over the 38. should the power loss really be that noticeable? what carb do you recomend to get the most power out of the 2F?? should we go back to a 38, or is there another brand too look into?

The OEM carb, rebuilt by either Mark A or Jim C on this board

Period

Stock is good

The 38 weber is the better choice of weber carbs. I run one with all my smog junk removed and love it. If you still have all the smog I would get you factory one rebuilt by JIm here on the board. I have heard nothing but praise of his work.

And whats jims name on the board? how do we get ahold of him. thanks
