Can Ironman Front Coil Spring fit stock 2018 Lc200 Strut?
Part number TOY063A

If yes,
1. How many inch is the “actual” lift?
2. Will the stock strut be damaged or over extended?
3. Can it be aligned properly?

My goal is to remove rake

Note:
Ive also checked OME Springs, it says on their website that it will only work with OME Struts and not with stock struts

If you only need an inch of lift the factory spacer is cheaper and definitely works.

Im using coil spacers now
But am having alignment issues, outer sidewall is getting worn down

Correct.

Most common cause of outer edge tire wear is positive camber, which raising the front end will only make worse. If you didn't get an aligment after installing your spacer, this could be the cause of your tire wear. Camber should be zero or damn close. I prefer a hair of negative camber.

Second common cause is too much toe-in, which your alignment shop should be able to fix in a jiffy as long as nothing is damaged.

Parts are not the answer, take it in for an alignment.
