Your best bet is going to be the new Eezi-Awn Stealth. Its bigger than the CampTeq, but still the sleekest Aluminum option out there right now. I was in the same camp as you and wanted a Campteq, but they are unobtanium. I went with the Eezi-Awm Stealth.

You know what your truck already is almost a carbon copy of mine...maybe you shouldn't get the Stealth

I beleive yhey have a pop top for the Land Rover 110 (where the wjole roof is unbolted) and maybe something custom for a troopy, I belive they have to have your vehicle in Soith Africw for that work though. I am not aware of anything for the 80 yet.
