Arb makes a 6 and an 8'. I dont believe they make the room for the small version. Only large.

There are walls avail as well as rooms. The rooms have a floor. Alex has the room and it was quite handy in weather plus his dad camped out in the room on a cot while he was up top this past spring.

Looking at foxwing awnings, I see lots of "foxwing awnings enclosures" coming out of China, but I don't see any actual US branded foxwing enclosures....

You could try a boat canvas shop and see what they may charge to fab something up with Sunbrella. Would it attach to the trailer only at the roof, or would you want it to fasten to the trailer on the sides as well?

Good info!

OZtrail, ARB....all these Australian companies to outfit our Japanese trucks here in America! :p

EDIT: I asked this in the SQOD thread but didn't get an answer yet....Does anyone know if the ARB awnings will fit to the stock LC 200-series roof rack? (I'd assume two or three of their brackets would be required)

I'm not fussy. Whatever will seal it from bugs and cold. With a foxwing enclosure it would allow me to open both the side door and the rear ramp door and still be enclosed. That would be ideal.

There was a group at Appalachian Rendezvous this past year, had a trailer with a fox wing, and they had walls on the foxwing. Didnt take any pics of it. It was custom foxwing, not brandname, and the walls had a few windows, look like velcroed panel sections. They had a big ass condo under there.

I like the Coleman hose attachment and a 20 lb propane bottle, the heater will last all night without having to wake up at 2 am to change it. When it's 30F outside, I like my tent to be like the copacabana.

The Mr Buddy people, and all of my research, say to get an inline filter if you're running the hose and bulk tank. I forget the reason. It might only be required for one of the 2 hoses (they offer one that stays more flexible in colder weather).

I've never cut open one of those 20 lb tanks to verify but I'm assuming that those tanks do rust inside, right? I know most of mine make a little noise when I slosh them around. Not sure if that is actually rust moving around or just the sound that the propane makes? A filter sounds like a good idea either way. I like my little buddy heater. Good purchase!

You will also want to get one of the hoses that doesn't have natural rubber lining it because under the high pressure of a full size propane tank it pushes a tar like substance into the hoses that will eventually clog your stove or heater. They used to be green colored hoses, but now a few people make them and they are regular black. I'll see if I can find a link to the one I bought.

+1 buy he filter for $10 so it doesn't clog and crap out on you in the woods. Have read reviews where the right hose was advertised, wrong hose shipped, etc and the color conventions not necessarily adhered to. I also picked up the fitting to refill the little bottles from 20# tank (and the carry bag to keep it all together).
