My guess: 2022 LX test mule. That obscured view of the front has LX written all over it (in my eyes).
Since the LC ain't coming to America and the new Sequoia likely won't look like the LC, my bet is that's an LX in stealth mode (in Long Beach CA ha!)

Taillight pattern would suggest an evolution of the LX

What is the flap opening on the left hand side above the wheel ? Is that for gas cap opening ?

Most likely since the 300 fuel door is on the left.

The job of the camo is to disguise and mislead so there aren’t too many certainties that can be discovered by looking at this one.

The location of the mirrors are a dead giveaway it’s the new LX600. Same exact location as the 300 which I personally don’t like.

Or the new Sequoia and/or 4Runner also has the mirrors on the door…

Hard to tell from this angle, but looks like independent rear suspension while the 300 series still uses a solid rear axle. Texas plate, also.

Of course, the next LX could be based on the Sequoia platform instead.

One thing the renders will be accurate on: The Lexus version will be hideous. It hasn't looked good since 2015.

Will they be able to come up with a more ridiculous grille and worse bumper design?

I believe Lexus has taken on the challenge of making an even uglier truck than the renders or aftermarket.

Do you think that shadow by the passenger rear tire is an IFS arm or a rear shock mount? Just curious. Suspension aside, the crease/style line rear bumper in this shot has shades of the 2016-2021 LX570 so I would have placed a bet on it being an LX ... but no reason the next gen Sequoia couldn't have a similar element.

Too dark to tell, but if there was a solid rear axle you might be able to see a glimpse of it behind rear left tire. They should really take videos instead of pics to capture more angles.

Looked at the article again and this is a better angle. Looks like independent rear suspension to me (like current Sequoia).

This looks a bit like the 300 series shock mount to me:
