Mike and I are rolling out around 6pm on Friday, will get there somewhat late as I would like to have dinner along the way. Pat, let me know if you want to roll with us.

Sat morning we usually take a leisurely pace over the the 50's diner and have breakfast then hit the trail, campfire at night, yadda yadda, sun morning eat and run home.

sound cool Pat, cabin is right outside of calico ghost town, basically in Barstow, mapquest it dude, about 3/4 hours drive from diego.

Im pretty new to the area and am not familiar with Calico. What type of runs will you guys be doing? I have a '97 80 with a small lift and 35' AT's, but no lockers. Is this something I can easily do, or am I going to smash by body up? On another note, I have a buddy with a second gen tacoma, is anyone against him tagging along?

Drive out and do some fun wheeling then catch a ride with one of the knuckleheads that like to break s***.

pat, no problem, we will probably go get breakfast, so as long as you are there by about 10am no biggie, I like to move slow and relax while I am out there, no hurry....

UPDATE: Mike and I decided to head out Sat morning, everyone meet at the MOBIL gas station on the corner of 76 and 15 Freeways at 7am. Looking forward to it. Looks like beautiful weather. Mike and I are also going to hit up the shopping outlets sunday and bring home some gifts to our girls!

Nah, I normally get my little girl a new lunchbox at the 50's cafe and may pick some stuff up at the outlets. Never been to them so I figure why not. Plus, they are having a huge sale this weekend.

What a kickass time we had! And s*** got ugly later that night, I have not laughed that hard in awhile. Thanks alot guys, we gotta do this again next year for sure! Post up pics!!
