Can these be purchased from Toyota? And can I install them in my Semi-Float rear axle?

Nope (not a N.A. dealer anyway), and nope. But there are a few places around the states that are bringing them in from overseas. A good place to start is: http://www.gscruiserparts.com/. Though I havne't made any purchases from them yet, I've corresponded with them several times and they seem very fair in their dealings. Lotsa a people around here have worked with 'em.

I got a complete set of axles with cable lockers and rear FF out of a '87 or '88 (can't remember which) HJ61 from G&S. Takes a while to get stuff and be prepared for sticker shock. I'm very happy with the cable lockers. I think they're the best locker out their.
