CA Smog with a 1995 (1 Viewer)

My 1995 is OBDII. I see most of the shops here (in California) quote ~$100 for a 1995 and older and ~$50 for a 1996-1999. I'm assuming the 1995 and older number is for a non OBDII vehicle? So should my 1995 really be done to the 1996 price? I don't believe the 1995 OBDII trucks have any differences from the later ones correct?

Jump on the $50 quote if you can. I paid ~$120 last summer for my '97. I probably could have found a better deal but was on a tight schedule. I'm in west San Jose/ Saratoga.

OBD2 didn’t officially start until 1996 even though the 95 is compliant. The smog shop I take my 95 to treats it like OBD1
