So, they just passed laws out ther that after 2035 you can’t sell or register a gas powered vehicle in WA and CA did something similar. What are y’all’s plans for your cruisers? Is there some kind of loopholes for classic cars or are y’all screwed?

My understanding you can't sell a new one or bring new/used ones from out of state. Did I got it wrong?

Actually is even better ... you can still buy used gas cars. You cannot buy new gas cars no matter from in or out of state.
I'm Ok with that. Last time I bought a new car was 19 years ago.

Correct me if I’m wrong. I believe this is a law only for car manufacturers to phase out selling “new” gas powered cars.

Article I read said you wouldn't be able to register a gas vehicle in WA.

It is about new gas cars. Banning used cars would be a stretch and it will get a huge push back.
Think about it: poor people do not drive and can't afford a new car no matter what car that is. EV are still expensive for most of the people in US not only for the poor. We big city people have sometimes a distorted image created by what we see around every day. The reality is far from that in most of the USA.
No politician that wants to stay in office will vote for banning used gas cars at this time.
As someone said, gas cars will be available for a long time if you are not the kind of person that likes to flip them every few years.
I plan to drive my gas cars well into the future and to add a hydrogen car when the H stations finally become locally available (I can get a car but there are no stations).
I'm not relay kin on EV's. They feel like appliances to me.
