So i was fabricating a from bumper recently and had to lay down some heavy tacks while it was on the truck. I went to crank it up at the end of the day but the battery was drained. I was told that simply disconnecting the positive terminal would work but apparently i was lied to, haha . I was also enthused to find out that my dome lights and radio dont work now eather! The fuses arent blown and i am not electrically inclined. Does anyone know what the problem might be or how i could diagnose it?:bang:

If the battery was not hooked up, it cannot be killed by welding.

Howdy! I'd guess that you burned/bent/loosened the neg side by accident. Try swapping batteries or put the old one on a charger to see if it takes any juice. John

Dont unplug your batteries and you wont have a problem when you hook them back up because you dont have to hook them back up.
