bumper for 70 series (1 Viewer)

Hello!

am going to be upgrading my bumper in a couple of weeks and was wondering what bumper do you guys recommend that can accommodate a winch and it's not too heavy, is there any bolt on options?

In general, you have ARB, Dobinsons, Ironman, Costal off road, or expedition (cruiser outfitters). I think they all accommodate a winch, and they have some different styling. Costal would need modifications for your truck since I believe you have a BJ73. ARB is likely the most recommended, and they look great.

Not sure if they are available in the states but TJM made/makes an aluminum bumper and bull bar that are quite a bit lighter than the steel versions, I had one on a hzj73 and sure wish I had kept it when I sold the rig.

I ordered mine in raw aluminium, similar to the ones extrem from germany sells them.

Easy install. Bumper fit over the frame ends and slid on. Bottom bolts were exact, side bolts I drilled all the way through and used a long bolt to secure.

I have this high profile rally version. It's a pretty easy install. You can accommodate several pod lights. It has a big space for winch, also it has some hooks so you can wrap the winch line on the trails.
There is a low profile version too.

A couple hours with a winch, an hour without, very straightforward.

I have the Cruiser Outfitters bumper. Love it. Great protection and doesn't stick out too far. Haven't put a winch on it yet but definitely easy to install by yourself with a floor jack and some cribbing.
