was monitoring ebay since i was in the market, but it looks like I've found my truck so I'll post some of my finds here in classifieds for you good people to jump on now that i'm no longer looking.

For you guys that know a lot about these rigs, what would be a decent value on that EBay LC???

I spoke with him on the phone and seams like a nice honest guy, he buys and sells landcruiser and has only had it for a few months he said he would be willing to sell it for $16500 which in my opinion is outrageous for not having a roof rack/skid plates/stock drag links and tie rods/no lader or jerry cans or even a high lift jack/ no tent no offroad lights/stock speakers/head unit without blue tooth or even an aux jack/pealing paint on the roof/ tear in the back seat/ chewed up steeri g wheel/cracks in the windshield. And being in a couple of wrecks to say the least but then again maybe I'm wrong what do you guys think?

All good points, but i would also say (on the west coast at least) the price on locked 80's under 200k miles has been skyrocketing the last 6 months. Could just be supply demand thing and soon the market will flood with them and come back down / or the world is just running out of lower milage 80's

Hmm i just dont see it that way/I've also seen a lot of diesel swaps going for around 14,000 a really nice one just sold for that price on eBay which gets a lot better fuel mileage/ I could understand if it had a turbo or something but you could pic up a clean one for around 5-6k and build it with you own flavor. There is no way this thing has $11,000 in after market parts maybe $6,000, just my 2 cents

Also this 100 sold for $11,500 in my neck of the woods can't beleive I missed it, now this was worth it which had a snorkel roof rack drawer system ladder, winch offroad lights etc........
