Can you shoot me pictures of underside?
Any other issues that you know of?
Do you know if it can be registered in CA?

Thanks,
Mike

I can tomorrow afternoon when I get home. The driver side mirror wobbles a bit, and the speedometer is 10mph off because of the regearing. Slee sells the control box to fix that I just never got around to that. I don't know for sure, but I just had an emissions/safety test done here in Utah at the toyota dealership to get my tag and it passed easy.

It doesn't have the third row seat, and I would assume Utah emissions are good for 50 states. Ill check on that, and get the pictures of the underside today I just got back in town

Could you measure its height at the highest point of the roof and snorkel? Height is a concern due to parking issues.
The snorkel height is 77.5" and the roof at the highest point is 78.5"

All pm's replied to. Forgot to add in the description that the torque converter, alternator, and starter have all been replaced as well. I also replaced all the u-joints and balanced the drivelines about 6 months ago.

Thanks for the quick response on height. 78.5 in., it is right at my maximum height of 6'5". Is there any hardware on the roof that can be removed to get it a little shorter?

Also, how does it cruise at freeway speed?

Yep, You could remove the black "luggage" strips and lose an inch there. It cruises well and pulls hills great with the re-gear. Its not fast by any means, but does fine to 75-80mph. I just drove it to MT and back and it cruised great loaded down imo.

Where did you source the 'new' engine? Did you rebuild the existing engine? Get a remanufactured one? Or is it a brand new never used block/cylinder/pistons/crank?

Cruiser parts. My fault, I stand corrected. It was a complete re=manned, not 'new'. I also replaced the torque converter, radiator, starter, and alternator then as well.
