I've rewritten my build up to include recent upgrades to the FJ. I want to give special thanks to all of you on this forum who've given me great ideas and opinions on things I've needed help with. My build is a lot of "been there done that types" I've followed the examples of many of the forum's pioneers. I'll try linking to most of those mods I incorporated into my Mod list. Some of the mods you see are my own little ideas that I guess has made my vehicle my own. I hope you can use some of these on your own FJ no matter the color

The closest to Stock photo I have.

Rack

Gobi Stealth Rack. I'm an avid camper and needed something to haul all my gear. This has certainly paid for itself.

Gobi Ladder. You lose the function of the back window, but I'm working on a way to hinge the ladder so I can use it.

OME-N71 rear shocks and FJRL16 rear brake line extension kit. Also added a TAC-DR-05 Front Diff Drop Kit.

I originally used the grocery hooks to make a strap for the Xjack.

X-Jack is now mounted under the exposed part of my truck box in this picture.

Now Stored in my ARB Recover bag. Very Nicely made I must add.

This is the first vehicle in my 39 years I've truly ever worked on. I've learned more about electrical, engines, suspension and getting my hands dirty than ever before. I know I have a lot to learn and that's one of the many reasons I love chatting w/ you fine folks here. I truly appreciate all the guidance, help and advice I've gained here.

Oh yeah eventually I'd love to get some ARB lockers and essentially run them off a CO2 canister.

And yeah, I guess I forgot to mention I've done the no-cut version of the atrac hack. I helped a friend w/ theirs and we did the cut version of the mod. = SOOoo much easier.

I like that bumper best so far, though I'd lose my ladder on the back w/ that setup and I'm still anxious to see what James comes up with for his rear bumper. I love the Expedition One's lines.

Can you use those wheel spacers offroad? I read somewhere that they aren't suitable for wheeling.
