Hey guys so the plan is to buy a winch this friday and bend myself up a brush guard. I would love for everyone to post some pics of theres so I can get a good idea! thanks

yea I heard you were doing that. how is it coming? how are you bending the tubing?

This is what i built for my 60... there is room for a winch in there too when i get one...

I like it! but I wanna make mine go higher and cover my turn lights, one of mine got shattered :(

Oi! Never heard the word 'brush guard', but looking to these pics above I think I have one:D
It's a home made bull bar. The (Warn) winch is to small for a cruiser (I think 4000lbs), but it came with the car. So untill I have money for a bigger one - this is always better than no winch at all.

I know it's not a sixty-on the outside-, but.....

This is before I let it rust up to a nice patina! Hoping to give the truck a nice Rustoleum Hammered Black paint job but I've not figured out what color to make the bumper. Maybe hammered black as well...

I would. I thinking about re-doing the hoop to a full on brush guard and then connecting my front bumper to the sliders and the sliders to the rear bumper. Fender protection.

Yeah... I still like my bull bar, but if I had to make a new one, it would be much more protective.

I have been thinking about that too! but how in the hell would you make the piece from the slider to the back bumper work with the doors?
