Saw that a few months ago. That whole area up there and into the Yukon is pretty epic! Next lifetime maybe...Pretty darn cool place....WAY up north.

Nice. Comes with runway and hanger on beautiful lake with tons of buildings. All for price of an average Victoria Core house; lol!

1.35… could sell our house here, buy it, and have plenty of change left over for a commuter plane to get there and back.
I’d so love to be able to say adiós to my neighbours.
That is the dream isn’t it.
You’d both be divorced in 12 hrs. LOL. But ya never know. I do know how much commuter planes cost though.

That's basically what my spouse told me. I'm on my own if I want to live there, LoL. And then I only have half the money needed. Can't win.
Place used to be some kind of resort. It's at the gateway to some incredibly beautiful backcountry. I wish there was a way to make income off the place that didn't involve people. Cause that undermines the whole point of moving there!
If I’m thinking of the right place the owners were “declined” the fishing and hunting business by the locals up there…so I would not expect to have any income at that resort moving forward.

Fack! I was wondering about that. This is not a good trend imho.
Hard to say… my wife likes people even less than me.
Based on a quick search of what planes are worth, it could be doable… but unfortunately there wouldn’t be enough left to earn a passive income high enough to live off.
I've spent a week in that area a few years ago. It is magnificent but there are some issues with the "locals". Similar properties in that area have been purchased by the government and given to the "locals" I so would expect the same will happen with this one when it doesn't sell. I sympathize with the owners of these places who's property becomes nearly worthless and/or basically get driven out.
