Broken Emblem on Hatch, looking for creative solutions

This weekend the "Land Cruiser" emblem on my hatch snapped off. I am looking for a replacement if you have one, or some ideas on something creative that I could do in that spot. A friend told me that some are putting the old 40 emblems there.... Has anyone done anything unique in that spot? or have an extra that they are willing to part with?

Somebody on here used to sell vinyl decals that were basically the same and didn't cost too much.
Or you could get someone to make you a decal of whatever you want?

Does anyone know the dimensions of it? I can go measure or search too, I am thinking about cutting one out of vinyl. Mat black would look good there I think.

The hatch looks pretty good naked (without the emblem). Cleaning the adhesive is a bit of work.

I have an LX450 but put on a Toyota Land Cruiser emblem because it was cheaper and I "wanted a Cruiser" logo on the back. Years go by but last month a cop pulls me over because he sees "Lexus" on his automatic license plate search but "Toyota" on the car. He's hopped up on adrenalin and I'm trying to stay respectful. For this reason alone I'd suggest not to mix makes with badges.

I made one out of Stainless on a plasma table but there was no interest in them. If someone else wants to try I can dig up the file for cutting them.

I finally just paid the 80 bucks for one on eBay. Don't buy the replica some guy sells outta Columbia for cheaper. It's total crap. It seems pricey but once I replaced my broken one too with an OEM one, I was glad I paid the 80 bucks and did it.

Cleaning the adhesive is a bit of work.

@rolliges, how did you remove the old adhesive? What's left of the old adhesive is dry and hardened; not sure how to proceed without ruining the paint underneath.
