Thanks a lot!! I will check the clutch return spring size... I will buy one similar size in Lowe's, Ace, etc and try it...anyway, I will order the one you gave me the part number. Thanks again@DanielitoD

The spring for your brake pedal was part no. 90506-12023. It is NLA.
The spring for FJ40's, 7007 - 7309, is part no. 90506-18189. It appears to be available, OEM list is $7.82
The spring for FJ55's was part no. 90506-12451, which as noted above by @jmylie , is NLA.
I don't know if the length of the spring changed going from the single brake cylinder to the dual cylinder with brake booster.
In any event, the brake spring part no. for the clutch is the same as the brake. If you have the clutch spring, you have something to go by.
Did you find the length and diameter? Mine is missing as well....fj40 1980. Thanksno didn't find it... can somebody, take a picture of the brake pedal return spring position for a 1970 FJ40 and post it?? Thanks
Thanks. If you could measure them as well that would be great. No, never...but I found the old springs. I could take a picture and send it to you.
Sorry it took so long.Thanks. If you could measure them as well that would be great.
Thanks a lot
