The spring for your brake pedal was part no. 90506-12023. It is NLA.
The spring for FJ40's, 7007 - 7309, is part no. 90506-18189. It appears to be available, OEM list is $7.82
The spring for FJ55's was part no. 90506-12451, which as noted above by @jmylie , is NLA.

I don't know if the length of the spring changed going from the single brake cylinder to the dual cylinder with brake booster.

In any event, the brake spring part no. for the clutch is the same as the brake. If you have the clutch spring, you have something to go by.

If John @pardion has time and a loose spring he can give you spring specs so you can track down an equivalent functional replacement. He might have a spare spring to pass along as well .

Thanks a lot!! I will check the clutch return spring size... I will buy one similar size in Lowe's, Ace, etc and try it...anyway, I will order the one you gave me the part number. Thanks again

Found a spring on my spare parts bin...could somebody take a picture under the dashboard showing the location where the pedal return spring ends attached(Both please, clutch and brakes)? Finally, I finished to rebuilt the complete brake system...Thanks !!!

what about the length of the under the seat fuel tank straps for a 1970 FJ40? There are not available so I will need to buy an universal set. Thanks
