tank, you have a sense of humor?

I have had to use a G-clamp before, to get pistons moving back, it's tricky but possible, each piston inturn, pump out with foot brake (just enough not to let the piston pop out) lift up the dust seal and smear round the piston a good rubber lubricant (Molycote) here in the UK infact it's so good, it probably comes from the USA...LOL
You have to pack out the pistons your not wanting to move, I use a socket from a socket set, just pick the correct one to jam in the gap.
once they are all done, you will not need to muck about with them for years, all this is to avoid the bleeding of the brake system, but it does work.

Look at that caliper real close. If the rotor was worn down as well as the pads that piston might have come out just far enough to get cocked a little which would resist getting pushed back in. Take a pair of slip joint plyers and try and rotate the piston to see if that will get it working.

Rick..good call I will check that out. I bet that is what happened.

..ps I call everything a PIG! except my fiancee!

Enjoy

Your "Pig" has a knife in his head :D
Not a bad job just messy, get some good disposable shop towels. I installed cross drilled rotors on mine. I also use a c-clamp on my calipers, it works great. Something to keep in mind, since these rigs are heavy and eat brake pads, I always have a set of spares in the garage shelf.

RICK!

You were ABSOLUTELY right! The "seized piston" was only cockeyed and didnt go back in! I got the calipar rebuild kit from C-Dan!

C-dan saved me about $300 on that!

Thanks everyone..but, Not all the way there yet. Tommorow the rotors come off. Ugh..

Rick..THIS BUTS FOR YOU!
