Ok everyone. I've searched the internet far and wide. I'm looking for information on:

Bracket Assy, Steering Column, Upper

I purchased one from Cruiser Parts. Stellar service, great folks, fast shipping. But, my part has been stuck in Mexican Customs for over a month with no hope of being released for delivery anytime soon.

Does anyone know if other markets that made a LHD, ATM, 3FE FJ80 (Europe, I'm looking at you) are a compatible replacement? I can get 45280-60310 or ~290 from megazip's Japan warehouse. No trouble with customs as I've had from the US.
