My setup:
2021 3 Row heritage. Slee sliders. No other added weight.
Have BP-51 front and rear with 2721 springs.

I just can’t seem to get the ride dialed in. Soften up the settings and it’s too floaty, firm them up and it’s too rigid.

My main issue is in the rear. With no added weight, it seems like I don’t have enough rebound damping in the rear. Feels like the spring unloads too quickly. Maybe 2721 is too much spring? I have compression at 2 and I’ve pushed the rebound damping up to 9 (manual says I should only go up to 8).

For those with a similar setup, I’d appreciate your feedback immensely only what settings you have found success with!

I'll preface to say I don't have BP-51s. But do have some experience tuning suspension.

First blush tells me you need more compression damping in the rear. 2 is too little and not absorbing enough energy upon the initial bump, allowing it to put more energy in the spring, which can't be fully managed by rebound damping.

2721 coils are ARBs "medium duty" coils I bet they are rated for 2-400lbs constant load. I assume you bought this coil to get the ride height you want? If you will be unloaded in the rear consider a progressive rate coil rated for 1-XXX lbs to maintain a good ride quality.

I am not sure which variation of the 200 Series ARB uses but have you checked the ARB catalog to see if they make a taller coil for stock weight?

the 2721s are progressive rate springs ((270/350 lbf/in). I've got my shocks set in the middle and have never played with the settings. The ride is comfy, maybe a little floaty. I don't really notice much difference in ride empty or loaded though my empty is still carrying 200 lbs of stuff.

Never knew ARB made progressive rate coils, their parts catalog never noted that - but that is neat. But regardless it looks like the recommended payload still shows 200lbs.

where are you seeing the 200 lbs recommendation?
I cannot find the article anymore, but when I was researching items for the Montero platform, spring ratings for medium duty (Front or rear) was rated around 200lbs vs stock/light load coils rated for an extra 110lbs upfront. and heavy duty coils around 350-440lbs. Not including any of there constant rate coils.

I’m running the same setup with the 2722 read spring.
Installed last week, Comp and reb are set to minimum on all corners.
Took it for a fast off road driving, the front falls to ditches to fast. I’ll add one click to the rebounds and report.
Overall controllability is much better than stock , on road a bit stiffer
