bought a start, but avatar doesn't post

O.K., I went through all the motions cleaning cache and such, and my Avatar file size is 8K. I use the UserCP to select the file for the avatar, the picture appears in that little box up to the left, and then I press Save Changes, and get an error message.

This happened in Explorer just as well as with Safari. Any ideas?

nevermind....filesize is 19.5 k, but just discovered there was a new animated avatar limit in place with the new software

SilverStar members can now have animated avatars

avatar is not animated. Still can't load. Get the "Upload of file failed" message. BTW, doesn't matter whether I try GIF or JPEG file format.
