Bottom End Bearings

Which diesel engine if any, had bad bearings in the bottom end? Just wanted to know.

1HD-T. If you hop up a 1HZ (uses the same BEB's) my suggestion is to change them too. ACL bearings use a different composition, and many replace with them.

Ok thanks. Where do you find the ACL bearing here in Canada? Would wayne have them?

I believe Radd has some, or as least has some coming in...

I don't know if Wayne has stock, but give him a call too...

I always like to look around this site. It has some good info such as change over dates,prices in AUD ect for those that dont have the EPC

Is it just crank bearings or the crank and connecting rod bearings? Is it a job that requires you to pull the engine or is it possible to pull the pan without pulling the engine?
