BorregoFest Oct. 10-12

Ok, now that a very fun and enjoyable Moutain Rendezvous put on by American Adventurist has ended, it's on to the next orgainzed event sponsored by Outdoor Adventure.

BorregoFest is October 10-12.

Anyone going?

I plan on leaving OC Friday morning.

I was thinking about taking the boys. I'm going to put in for the time off but won't know for sure until the schedule is out.

This is an easy one - public campground with toilets, pool, etc.

Not going to make the "whole" Borregofest, but Tammy and I signed up for the mine hike so hopefully that comes to fruition. If so, we'll see you down there!

Sounds good. I've done the mine tours. Very fun. Signed up for the Carrizo Mountain run with BorregoWrangler. Haven't explored that part of Anza Borrego and John knows the place like his own driveway! Should be fun too!

Still on the fence here.......just not keen on the (over)developed campground. Not really my style. However, I wouldn't mind going and adding on a night in Sheep Canyon either before or after the main event.

About the best I could do would be to head out to Sheep Canyon Thursday after work. Did get extended at work until October 30, so right now managing vacation to keep as close as possible to my maximum. Will be taking Friday the 10th off for this, but can't go up to Sheep Canyon Sunday for the night. That would have been a lot of fun if I didn't have to be back to this hell hole Monday morning!

Nothing personal brother, family camping trip, meeting with our friends family. Only 50% for wheeling.
