Good evening, can’t seem to figure out my issue with boost
So a little about my truck

Air Intercooler
Boost guage tapped into intercooler piping
Boost controller Inline between wastegate and turbo
Bleed valve between intake and boost sensor
Resistor mod on timing resister
Injectors were serviced recently
Same with injector pump
Spill valve is at stock ( also tried to increase it to see if boost increased(nothing))

I smoke tested the boost lines no leak and also tested the intercooler piping

when I installed the boost controller I adjusted it and and nothing more then 10psi

I am wondering if anyone has any ideas
Maybe wastegate?? Or boost sensor faulty

Any ideas are welcome

What bleed valve are you using? It could be not bleeding enough. The computer starts to pull fuel at 10psi and gives check engine light around 14psi or so. My bleed valve is actually audible when I boost high; these days I run up to 20psi.

Where is the boost gauged tapped in? I found mine didn't work good near the turbo, but at the intake manifold it works well.

How is the power? EGT? Smoke?

Post pictures of the things you list above.

EGT are normal 110km about 800f -900f
Power seems normal
Tried a different waste gate still the same(also tried running with the hose disconnected made the same 10psi)
Opened the bleeder valve completely still the same.
Tested the intercooler for leaks: nothin
No black smoke. Only sometimes in the early mornings
I could try turning the fuel up even more I was a bit on the safe side(run away)

Maybe turbos faulty I have one of those eBay turbos I could throw on see what happens.( the one you guys recommended from another thread)
Pictures below
Thanks in advance I know life’s busy this time of year

Take a reading at the boost sensor to see what boost level its sending. If it thinks that it's too high it will cut fuel. you need fuel to spin the turbine and make boost. if it checks out that it's sending less then 10 psi then you'll have to figure out how to add more fuel. also check for drive pressure leaks.

update

Still having issues, found a intake leak that fixed some other problems i was having so thats nice, it also boosts faster.
i tried turning the fuel up more but still no luck. seems like the boost bleeder is letting out enough air so any other ideas are helpful

Have a nice weekend

Another update installed an extra turbo that I had sitting around, still no luck passing 10 psi.
Pressure tested and no leaks. Waiting for an adapter to pressure test right before the sensor to see if the sensor faulty. But any ideas are helpful
Thanks
