Hey I’ve got a 13 200 that’s been making a vibrating/air hissing noise from the brake booster when braking on the harder side. Finally had my wife press the brake while I watched the booster and it’s blowing bubbles into the brake reservoir. All while the booster and master vibrate or shake a little. Anyone else ever have that issue or what could cause it? The brake pedal feels fine by the way.

I haven't had that happen, but bubbles in the brake fluid suggests to me that you have a bad internal seal/o-ring and it may be time to R&R your master cylinder.

If you have tech stream you bleed the ABS solenoids that way - I would do that first. You run in about 20 times.

I really hope that’s not the case. But I’m rebuilding them is cheaper then buying a new one.

So Im now seeing this scream is kind of common on the 100s. Does anyone know if a rebuild is offered for my 2013 200? I know i need to be more specific as there is different variations for that year. Or does anyone know if i have the replace the whole MC and Accumulator? Thanks

Anyone who rebuilds 100 series ones should be able to rebuild 200 series ones. As others said the internal seals in your master might have failed.
IIRC Toyota has a rebuild kit for it.

Here is a diagram from my 2011 LX. It looks like all individual parts are available. so you could take a stab at rebuilding it - https://partsouq.com/en/catalog/gen...=$&vid=0&cid=2&uid=389109&q=JTJHY7AX7B4057191

The PUMP ASSY, BRAKE BOOSTER W/ACCUMULATOR is probably the only thing I would not recommend to rebuild and instead buy a new one.

Forgive my newness but IIRC Toyota? Whats this sorcery?

Apologies.
If I recall correctly Toyota makes rebuild kits for the Brake system. It includes new seals. Looking at the diagram however most of the items can be bought individually.

Going further I would do a flush and use a scan tool to airbleed.

The buzzing might be the accumulator spinning to build up pressure for your next brake cycle. Here is how an accumulator looks dissembled -

For earlier Mitsu, Yotas, and Lexus the accumulator is usually what failed and it would no longer build up pressure for braking cycles.
