I think they look super cool. And I like that they are unique and makes it a pretty overtly JDM truck. I guess no real reason, but the same reasons that drew us to obscure diesel trucks in the first place :)

THEY ARE HERE? SURELY YOU JEST

Don't call her Shirley.....her name is Lois....

CEO models the early 70 Series hood thingy - some assembly required: drill two holes, bolts, nuts, washers, bushings, etc.

Note that the instructions state fitment through the end of the "old" front clip - September of 1999. This is not what we were led to believe from their catalogue. I will attempt to operate a drill and screwdriver to see what fits what and where.

They seem to be well made, well packaged and (hopefully) easy to pack for USPS. We will likely use cardboard tubes - heavy duty - with end caps.

Stay tuned. Things are busy but we will get this done.

Will also take a run at the side window deflectors ASAP.

When are they shipping to the masses?

When are they shipping?

Three variables:
a) When they are tested for fitment, b) when we have secured suitable shipping materials, and c) when we have time to pack, label and ship following completion of a and b.

Think IRS, DMV, etc. :)

So in order to get a bonnet protector I have to survive an audit and stand in line for an hour to prove I'm a resident of the U.S. and can speak English.

Seems to fit on a '91.....

...and yes, I am a cardboard hoarder......

Product is apparently well made - thick plastic, uniform, well finished (edges, clarity, stability). I think I like 'em.

Bad news for the side protectors....they are suitable for doors with corner vents only (apparently) so will see if I can find some for the full-window rigs.

Anybody have some doors with vents that want to buy some side protectors? :)
