Bolt bib, fenders, and aprons together off the truck. Adjust/slot/whatever fender holes to allow bolt up. That'll get you the best alignment on those parts. Then bolt it all to the truck, bib hinge, fender holes, etc. Post up your hood problems afterward, no way to check alignment without the tub bolted.

This is exactly what I did. good info. If you can picture the aforementioned parts dropping down as one unit, the fender bolts are a great adustment to drop down as a whole.

From what I recall they do. I don't have the damn bodymounts just yet......I might drop bolts into them just to see, right now.

There is no way in aligning your front end without having the body mounts installed.

the front bib sits on a MUCH lower profile mount then does the rest of your body. this would explain your hood hanging over the bib. if your bib was 3/8" lower, it would lengthen your radius point of the hood (hinges), seemingly moving you hood back.

If nothing else has been altered I would be willing to bet that you left to right issue is still a result of you tub not lined up properly with your frame. if your tub is off by 1">, theres a good chance that you'd be off by 2" 's at the hood
