Bolt Spec for Engine Stand? (1 Viewer)

I'm told these are the ticket:

Wrong pitch, you want 1.75. Might add a bag of washers to use as spacers if the bolts are too long.

No hardware store near by, or just no time?

Just tried 1.75 and they’re a no-go. No vehicle.

Head bolts? Not at those prices, though I’m now $25 into the wrong bolts… 😕
Use a couple head bolts from the engine your about to hang on the stand. Don’t buy new ones🙄

I assume you’re going to pull the head off?

Nope; machine shop says, "Leave: oil cooler/cover, valve cover, oil pan, damper, water pump, lifting brackets. Remove: motor mounts, accessories, intake/exhaust manifolds."

I posted M12 x 1.75 x 30. That is incorrect they are 1.25 pitch! So M12 x 1.25 x 30 is the standard trans to block bolt. My harbor freight 1000lb stand uses 3 90mm long bolts with a couple washers and one M12 x 1.75 x 110mm bolt with nut that goes through the power steering pump stud location like this.
