Bodywork and Paint recommendation?

Long shot but anyone know a reasonable paint shop near Virginia Beach? I have called the custom shops around here and they want 20 to 30k to paint my LV!? The metal work is done and it is all in primer. I just cannot believe this is what it should cost? I am not looking for a show truck finish. Just the traditional two tone single stage paint. Any help would be appreciated.
