Ill change the body mount on my 1978 BJ40 and decied to go 1 inch high so ill make my body mounts from boat roller .Allready downloaded a drawing from Energy Suspension to have an idea of location of each body mount and and get "how" instuctions. The drawing explain the location for a FJ-40 and mine is a bj.
Question 1:The location of the body mount is the same no matter if the rig is an FJ or a BJ ?

Question 2: anybody know the original stock measure (height) of body mounts, so i can cut mines EXACTLY 1 inch higher?

Question 3: in wich angle (degree) should i cut my mount to fix here and have the most perfect match
fotos
possible?

BJ FJ same.
Just measure the the original mounts when you remove them, they are flat rubber disc with a metal disc attached to it.

what should i do if i want to make the 1 inch lift:

a)replace all actual stock mounts with 1 inch height mount ...OR

b) add/sum 1 inch to the actual measure/size of stock mount?

anybody have detailled picture of 1 inch lift in progress? it will be educational to me to see how others guys does it (the body lift!!)

thanks in advance

your advice will be appreciated

i would make them 1" plus the measurement of the actual body mount if you want a true 1" lift

got it...

anybody have picture of how looks a cruiser with that lift? i want to confirm the looking on mine.
