I just finished putting on my OME lift, the main reason I wanted the lift was because my truck developed a bit of a lean on the front passenger side, now that I have the springs on it I realize it didn't help fix it, so I took a look at my body mounts and they actually are pretty rough. I'm thinking about a 1 inch body lift, and was wondering the best place to purchase a kit that will last forever and ever.

thanks for any help
Eric

aluminum against steel is a no/no in Canada. serious reaction happens.

what i woudl suggest is make your own. 24" of square tubing, some flat steel for capping, nuts to be welded to the inside for ease of installation. what i hav edone in the past is weld the blocks to the frame mounts and bolt them from the top. this keeps the chance of body movement to a minimum in the case of an accident. the longer the bolts the more stress is place on them...
cheers

I'm curious about this toyota Lean i'm reading about, as my mounts aren't really gone, just rough looking an cracked, and I actually think they look worse on drivers side, it also doesn't look like the body is leaning more like the NEW ome suspension.

any idea's

i have seen kits where the cruiser leans badly after install, try moving the springs to the opposite side, lot of work but it might help.
the cruiser lean is more a problem of the 40 series, i have not seen this yet on a 70 series but it might be out there.
measure between the axle tube and the frame and post up the results...
cheers

Mine leans some what. It's either right front or right rear. It's not nearly as noticable as the 40 lean though.
