I just noticed it now that for some reason my iPhone 11 connected to my 2014 LX 570 via Bluetooth volume is much lower than before. I usually have the volume between 25 and 30 but now 30 plus seems very quiet and I don't think I'm losing my hearing. Any thoughts?

I think this is a bluetooth thing. Anecdotally—I have an 08 LX that I use CarPlay via grom vline device. It can do wired or wireless (via bluetooth) CarPlay. The volume offset on bluetooth is really extreme, like I have to turn it waaaaay up compared to using CarPlay wired.

On my Subaru Legacy, I experienced the same thing. The Bluetooth volume is very low as compare to wired. However, in my LX there is no option for wired (still wanting to try out the Grom VLINE) so I'm connecting using Bluetooth. I may try disconnect my phone from the vehicle and in my iOS bluetooth choose to forget the vehicle, and then reconnecting again and see if that makes any difference. I hope this resets everything.

Okay, I removed my iPhone, registered, and reconnect. I do hear the audio coming out of my vehicle's speakers. However, skipping songs from my steering wheel controls does not work. Here's what the screen look now when it used to display song titles and so on.

Second thing is, I kept getting this message in the screen now.

Third, any idea of what these profiles do and is there a way to change it?
