Done! I think this is a great idea. Any wheeling organization should support BRC or other organizations that fight for us to have a place to take our rigs which we spend so much time on.

I noticed that the Toyota Trails magazine was extra. I already have a subscription and wanted to avoid being mailed 2 copies so i didn't check the box.

Toyota trails is usually included with membership so i a little Confuscious.

Does this mean when my original membership expires and the BRC/TLCA joint membership membership renews that I won't get my Toyota Trails mag?

I have not been throught the online process myself yet but this is not correct. The offer to join, renew, or extend absolutely includes your Toyota Trails! I'm sure someone more web-wise than I will check into this immediately. The only "extra" that I am aware of would be for the first class postage option.

I believe the magazine checkbox is for the BRC Newsletter...whether you want it in PAPER format or e-mail to you in PDF. Makes sense for a land use organization like the BRC to be environmentally conscious.

Please bear in mind that it is the Holiday season, and mail is slow...
I know for a fact that they are being processed.

Please be patient.

I don't get the mail every night but we've gotten at least 3 huge packets from BRC. I personally have filled the mailbox at least 3 mornings with renewals.. ONly mornings when the Admin and I commute to work together tho..
When did you renew at BRC and what is your name and I can find out more. the TLCA database doesn't probably have a toy4xfun name in it.
Lastly the Toyota Trails is a bi-monthly publication so it might be Feb before you get an issue of the trails. I think January just hit the porch. You should be getting a renewal packet prior to the first issue tho.

Please also keep in mind that I can't process your TLCA membership until I receive the info from BRC. So, their membership side is going to get processed much quicker than our side. I have received 3 packs from BRC & the latest batch went out this a.m. The first pack I received had apps that were dated all the way back to December 8th & I didn't receive them until 12/23, so please be patient. I can only process them as quickly as I receive them. Also to note, if you are using a Pay Pal account, make sure your address information is current so BRC has your correct address & not an old one.
