Blown fuse or just unlucky?

My gear shift lights, sub tank button lights, ECT Power and 2nd start lights, and apparently even the hazard and H4 button have lights but non are working and haven't been for the past 10 years.
I was thinking about buying a set of lights for all the buttons when someone asked me if it could just be a fuse?
Could someone point me in the right direction here?
(I am talking about the interior backlights and not the instrument cluster lights)

Fuses are easy to check. I would start there. I don't have my EWD handy or else I would check if those lights are all on the same circuit (doubt it).
