Blend Door Actuator

Japanese built Landcruiser here..I am having an issue on locating the American cross reference part # for my blend door actuator. DENSO part # on my actual part is 063700-6191. I went on toyodiy.com and could not find the cross reference part number like I normally would be able to. I have a 96 Toyota Landcruiser Prado..frame # KZJ95 with the 1KZTE engine. I'm needing to replace this part since my heat is not working and that's what I narrowed it down to according to symptoms. Any suggestions or know where to get this part number from?

Not sure on the PN, ill do some digging. One other thing you can look at is, check to see if the cable came off the heater core/coolant valve at the firewall. Behind the intercooler. Thats what it was for me. I thought it was the blend door after first, also.
