Finaly i got my adapter: 15B-FT - H55

Done a 4runner bolt pattern on the flange and disk, to mate my 4runner double carden driveshaft.

Clutch Bearing and Fork:

Left: BJ40
Right: Dyna 280

Test with BJ40 parts:

Short Fork; Small Pin; Bearing OD small.

Test with Dyna 280 parts:

Large Bearing´s ID (an adapter was needed)

Just need the rubber dust shield ;D

Left: Dyna 280
Right: Isuzu ELF NPR59 (engine 4BD1T)

I used the isuzu disk because is has fine splines.





Engine Flywheel weight (Dyna 280) = 18kg

Great ideas and great fitting & fabrication skills too.

The only area of weakness (I see) is your welding ...which looks "borderline". But then you're obviously already aware of that. And with more practice I can see you soon becoming an expert in that field too.
