Satin Black with "Cast Iron" accents technically.

Trapper- how hard was it to get yours painted that way? any problems with running or tape removal? What type of primer did you use? I have some Eastwood high gloss undercarriage coating I am condsidering using on mine.

The PO of my truck hooked me up w/ the black grille and I love it! Thanks for all the "how to" posts b/c at some point I'll have to redo it.

IIRC, all my paint was duplicote high-temp ceramic engine paint. Primer, Satin Black (not flat) and a color called "Cast Iron" then ceramic clear coat. It was a pain masking it after spraying the Cast Iron then spraying everything still showing Satin Black. But it was worth it. Many light coats instead of one or two heavies kept the runs away.
