I have tried to post pics, but no matter what i do i cannot get them down to the size this site wants. That red haired young gentleman in south Langley did the work, looks like it came from the factory with the 13bt. When i get it on monday it goes straight to White rock muffler to have the 3 inch exhaust system put in.Just have to find some one as good as Ciaran to do the rust repairs.

Hey Mel:

If you want, email me the pics and I can host them in my FishBC album and link them for you in this thread. I'd love to see it even though I already know first hand the kind of quality job that Ciaran does. He's very meticulous in his work...kind of like Sheldon is. And the recipient of an end product would certainly be happy.

Have you also looked at what ATEB has to offer in terms of exhaust work? Sounds like they do a pretty awesome job, and they have a muffler that's straight through, made out of stainless steel, for a reasonable price.

You're going to love that 13B-T! :D

Stone, who is ATEB and where are they? Stainless sounds nice.I will email you the pictures.
Thanks Mel

Hi Stone, a senior moment i just noticed my email was not enabled. Good to go now.

Thanks for the pics, Mel! Looks awesome. Congratulations, I bet you're stoked!

Many thanks for posting the pictures Stone. I could not get a three inch exhaust system in without a body lift. So we went 2.5 inch with a magna fow stainless muffler. Once the pyro and boost guages go in next tuesday Ciaran will play with the boost and fuel.I think it will end up with about 12 lbs of boost at W.O.T. Next year comes the intercooler and Toyota electric lockers in full floaters.

Went up the cut today, crossed the second narrows in 4 th gear. bottom of the cut 60 kph ,at the top 105kph all in 4 th gear. All in the fast lane no more driving in the right lane behind the loaded cement trucks.

What's it like with the military trailer behind your 70 on the same run, Norm? :flipoff2: :D

Don't hate...I've already booked Ciaran for your transplant, Norm. :D

Exactly the same. 3rd gear, 2900 rpm, 60 km/h!
Not looking forward to the snow shed on the Coq though...

Cool - ya gonna pay him too?! :flipoff2:

Well i have the gauges in ,boost stops at 10psi. I cannot get it above 1000 degrees on the pyro around the lower mainland, will be taking it up the hill to manning park next week, will be able to play on the hills to see if the pyro jumps up. Next is the electic lockers and a intercooler.
Oh on my first tank of fuel it was 27.56 miles per gallon, mostly around town driving. Going to the kootenais in a couple of weeks so will get some mileage figures from that.

I kept watching the fuel guage waiting for some movement, was starting to think Ciaran hadn't hooked it up. Then it started to show movement,At 491 km it showed half a tank gone so i was out by the Otter co-op so i filled it up and calculated the mileage. I was impressed to say the least.:D Every time i fill up i think i will hoist one of these:beer: to the guys at G and S and Ciaran.:D

I just did that trip, and there are some BRUTAL hills, especially out of Osoyoos and Christina Lake (I think). Of course I was towing a loaded military trailer too, and that sent my EGT's up. Beautiful country though...I could smell the pine in the air as I was driving through...lots of wildlife too.
